BUYER is responsible for any/all that might apply: transfer fees, license fees, sales tax and/or title fees. ALL items MUST be removed within 10 days from the date of the bid award. BUYER must assume full responsiblity of removal arrangements & perform all work  including packaging, loading, transportation or shipping of the property. 

Item is available for inspection at the Red Hill Borough facilty, 56 W. Fourth Street, Red Hill, PA 10876. Monday - Friday between 8:30 AM -1:30 PM. Red Hill reserves the right to reject any and all bids. If awarded, payment in full of successful bid is due to Red Hill Borough within 5 business days from the award of the bid. Acceptable forms of payment are a Certified Cashier's Check or a Money order. 

Property must be removed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY between the hours of 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM, Monday - Friday, excluding legal holidays, and MUST BE MADE 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
