2014 Ford Expedition

This was our K9 cruiser. It has the following charasteristics/issues as noted by the officer:

1.   It's misfiring.  I believe it needs a coil replaced.  It seems to chew through them.
2.   Heater is blowing cold air.
3.   Rear pass side window motor needs to be replaced.
4.   The radio isn't working.  I actually still have the stock radio they took out.
5.   There's a leak in the rear pass side tire.  
6.   The coolant fan keeps turning on.  I don't know if it's a problem with the relay or not.  It didn't seem to be running hot and it didn't overheat once.
7. The misfire seems more of a rough idle. There is no check engine light on right now but it does show a past misfire
8. The driver seat is in junk condition
9. Minor front end damage to the push bar, grille, and bumper
10. Paint in overall good condition
11. Tires in good condition other than the noted slow leak
