2009 Reznor RA150 Waste Oil Fired Heater

This 2009 Reznor Waste Oil Fired Heater is model number RA150.  It has been in regular winter service since 2011 and has been serviced annually by the dealer.  Unit was still functional when taken out of service this fall.  In prior seasons of use, the burner developed a small crack in the combustion chamber (visible from both the inside and outside of the chamber on the attached photos).  Staff made a weld attempt to close it up which allowed it to get through another season before being tagged for replacement.  Anyone purchasing this unit would strongly be encouraged to replace or repair the chamber-heat exchanger assembly before use.  Sold as is with no warranties.
