Purchase and Removal of Modular Home

Built in 1973, this two section ranch-style single family modular home is located at 1404 Schwenkmill Road Perkasie, PA 18944 (TMP 12-009-159-007). Home is approximately 24' wide by 60' long. This modular home is installed on a masonry block wall foundation. Successful bidder is responsible for disassembly/removal of the whole modular home from the site. Additionallly, all debris/materials from disassembly/removal must be properly disposed of offsite. Furthermore, any earth disturbance/ruts generated during disassembly/removal shall be restored, seeded, and mulched. Township will be disconnecting utilities and removing plantings around the home.
