Former police vehicle. Lights/graphics have been stripped. All wheel drive. vehicle has a scratch on the driver side (pictures attached). Hood latch works but is no longer attached and hangs to the floor. Power steering problem with the vehicle. When purchased, please make arrangements within two weeks to move the vehicle.
