The purchase price shall be paid by the high bidder immediately or at a reasonable time after the conclusion of the electronic auction as determined by the Township. The high bidder will also be responsible for the cost of taxes, tags, and title transfer. Vehicle is being sold as is with all sales being final upon approval of the bid by the North Lebanon Twp Board of Supervisors. Pre-bid inspection of vehicle is recommended. There are no warranties expressed or implied and no refunds of any kind will be made. North Lebanon Twp reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Successful bidder can pick up the vehicle at the North Lebanon Twp building, 725 Kimmerlings Rd, Lebanon, PA 17046.
