The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages - special, direct, indirect, or consequential 
Shoemakersville Fire Co (Seller)  is not responsible for misdescription 

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to making an offer/bid. If applicable, Payment: Payment in full is due at the time of removal. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified check or cash unless other arrangements are approved. 

Removal: All items must be paid and removed within 5 business days from the time and date of Shoemakersville Fire Co award of successful offer/bid. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located. Title Transfer - The successful bidder shall be responsible for all cost incurred for the title transfer as may be required., if any.
