2009 Ford F-550

2009 Ford F-550 dump truck, 6.4 liter Power Stroke diesel motor with 103,791 miles on it. It comes with a 9' Western Plow and an extra set of tires that are about half tread. Truck is not perfect but mechanically sound. The truck can be viewed at Farmington Township maintenance building. Call 814-757-4462 to make an appointment. The truck will be sold as is. The auction will be open for bidding until Tuesday, March 8, 2022, 12:00PM EST, which is the date/time fset for the opening of the bids. The award of the bid contract/agreement of sale shall be made only by public announcement at a regular or special meeting of the Board of Supervisors. The bids will be opened at the Board of Supervisors meeting on March 8, 2022 at 7:00PM EST.

All bids shall be accepted on the condition that the purchase price shall be paid by the high bidder immediately or at a reasonable time after the conclusion of the electronic auction as determined by the Township. Successful bidders must be prepared to pay the amount due as a certified check or money order made payable to Farmington Township upon acceptance of the successful bid. In the even that shipping costs are incurred, they shall be paid by the successful bidder. The bidder is responsible for all transfer costs associated with the sale of the vehicle, including any applicable sales tax. There are no warranties expressed or implied or no refunds; the vehicle being offered for sale in its current condition.

Farmington Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids received if the bids are believed to be less than the fair market value of the property.
