This vehicle is being sold "AS IS AND WITH ALL THE FAULTS".  There are no warranties either expressed or implied.  Inspection of vehicle on site at Conemaugh Township Municipal Authority, 113 South Main Street, Davidsville, PA  15928 between the hours of 7am through 3 pm Monday through Friday.  Payment must be made with CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK OR MONEY ORDER at time of pickup.  Pickup must be within ten (10) working days from notification of award.  Winning bid will be awarded at the Authority Board Meeting on February 21, 2022.  Winning bidder is responsible for any transporation costs for picking up this vehicle.
