2015 Ford Explorer *UNMARKED* Police Package

For bid is a 2015 Ford Explorer, unmarked vehicle with a police package.  Included in the package are the Federal Signal siren, interior lighting, Pro Guard Front and Rear cages, Federal Signal rear and front Lighting and a Havis Console.  The vehicle was recently inspected with all regularly scheduled maintenace and warranty work peformed (documentation available upon request).

The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All bids are subject to the rules set forth by Municibid and the Borough.

All bidders are encouraged to examine the vehicle in advance of submitting a bid. The equipment is sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS”, with NO WARRANTY or guaranty of any kind.  All sales are final. The Borough makes no representations concerning the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle may be examined during regular business hours at the Borough garage by scheduling an appointment with the Borough by calling (724) 468-4422.

The successful bidder may pick up the vehicle once the transaction is completed. The vehicle must be picked up within fifteen (15) days of the award of the bid, unless agreed upon with the Borough for special considerations. The bidder is responsible for all transfer costs and for the transportation of the vehicle from the Borough’s property.  Cash or certified check for the full amount of the winning bid must be tendered at the time of the settlement.
