This vehicle being sold "as is". No warranties or guarantees are given or implied. Cashier's check or money orders shall be made payable to Valley Township. All notary fees will be paid by the buyer. After the auction is complete, and the Board of Supervisors vote on, and accept the winning bid, the winner of the auction will have 1 week to complete the necessary notary paperwork and remove the vehicle. Valley Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
