This auction is for the sale of a guard booth. The manufacturer is Keystone and it is an Aluminum model. It is not hooked up to power at this time, the color is gray and it has normal wear and tear. The size is 41" x62" and it stands 89" tall.It has an air conditioning unit and electric in it but unknown if it functions properly.
The unit is located outside and it is not on a pallet. It is the buyer's responsiblity to ask any and all questions prior to purchasing.Property must be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Pickup hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 am or 3:00 pm. The loading of material will be the responsibility of the winner of the auction.
