2016 Ford Explorer.  Engine is bad - locked up with a large hole in oil pan and some of the wiring harnes is melted under the hood.  Unit was a marked patrol car - all police equipment and stickers have been removed.  Vehicle has 19,915 engine hours and 15,419 idle hours.  Car has dents and scratches.  Unit may need additional repairs that are not immediately detectable.  All remaining police hardware will be removed by the end of the bidding. This vehicle is being sold "as is" with no warranty. Buyer is responsible for all taxes and fees.  Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award sale of the items to the highest responsible bidder.
