One lot of Approximately 3,070 Used Slate Roofing Tiles

One lot of approximately 3,070 used Slate Roofing Tiles. On pallets and have been stored in our yard for several years. Sizes and Color will vary from 9" x18", 10" x 18" and 12" x 18" and colors are generally grey or faded purple. Again the count is an approximate value and should be verified by bidders. Inspection is highly recommended and inspection of tiles can be done in person by scheduling an appointment with the Wellesley DPW Highway Division during the bidding period between the hours of 7:00 am- 3:00 pm (M-F) by calling (781) 489-7720. Pallets are to remain whole during the inspection and the sale will be for the entire lot, no partial sales are permitted. The Town of Wellesley reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive informalities. Upon winning the auction, the winning bidder must submit a signed non-collusion form to the jurisdiction prior to the receipt of the surplus property as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B, Section 10. This lot is being sold "as-is, where-is" and no warranty is given or implied. The Town of Wellesley reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities. Payment for the auction will be by certified Bank Check or Money Order payable to the "Town of Wellesley". Removal is required by 3:00 pm May 27, 2022. We will assist in loading by forklift at our facility.
