2011 Ford Crown Victoria

2011 Ford Crown Victoria with approximately 106,000 miles on it.  Vehicle has not been used in several years and has been sitting in a cold storage garage and does have mice living in it.  There is rust on the wheel wells.  Vehicle does not start and will most likey need a new battery.  List of issues when the vehicle did run: 1. Knocking noise coming from engine area.  2. Steering appears to pull to the right.  Another noise coming from the rear.  Items that need fixing: 1. Vehicle will need new breaks and rotors. 2. Possible starter (when it did start it struggled) issue.  3. Coolant leak. 4. Exhaust will need to be replaced.  Vehicle will be SOLD AS IS and will need to be towed.
