2005 Ford Crown Victoria (police interceptor). Out of service from Police Department for 13 years. Car is in poor condition. Both upper ball joints are bad, oil cooler lines leaking. Some oil in coolant, possible head gasket issue. Needs brake rotors and pads. lower radiator support is bent.Mixed matched tires. Water leak inside cab. significant rust. Inspectrion expires April 30th.
