Large Industrial Toledo Honest Weight Scale

It's dusty but it works, capacity - 400 lbs.  I'm not sure how old it is, but there is a service sticker with a phone number that uses a 2-digit alpha prefix.  (that went out of style in the 50's-60's)  The last certification was done in November of 1988.  It's been stored in a corner of our maintenance building for many years and it's time for it to go.
