This 2001 GMC C6500 Topkick was used as dump truck and snow plow for our borough. The vehicle is outfited with hydraulics for both the plow and dump body, however the dump body was re-installed on to another vehicle and is not included.
This vehicle has very low milages. (28,596) and this is because our borough is only a square mile. Over the last 20-years this vehicle was driven an average of 1,430 miles per year.
The vehicle has been sitting for about a year and was inspected until October of 2020.
Due to it sitting the passenger side rear brake seems to be sticking. It is an air brake so it can be cagged for transport.
The truck will need fresh batteries and currently requires a jump to start.
Truck has a push button Alison Transmission and a Catapilar Motor
This truck does need some TLC, but how many pre-def diesels with miles this low come to market these days?
