The equipment is sold as-is condition with no implied or expressed warranties. The successful bidder shall make payment in the form of check or money order. Successful bidder shall remove the item within seven (10) calendar days following receipt of payment unless other prior arrangements are made. Refunds will not be given. Pymatuning Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Buyer has soles reponsibility of picking up the equipment.
