2011 Dodge Charger

2011 Dodge Charger 4 door, former police vehicle, still has police center console. Rear wheel drive. Mileage: 84,790. No power steering. Starts and runs but should be towed. Needs new tires. Has tinted windows and may not pass inspection in some states for this reason. Rear doors do not open from inside. Passenger side air bag open recall. Rear bumper damage, and minor dings and dents elsewhere. Inspection exp: November 2021.  

This vehicle is being sold "AS IS AND WITH ALL THE FAULTS".  There are no warranties either expressed or implied. Vehicle must be picked up - will not be shipped.

Payment & Pickup Information:  Winning bidder must pay for and pick up the vehicle within 14 days of the closing date on Municibid.  Payment must be cash or a Treasurers/Bank check made out to the "CITY OF ATTLEBORO".  Deliver check to:  Attleboro City Hall, Attn: Molly MacLean, Purchasing Office (2nd floor), 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703.  

Failure to pick up within the required time is a default of this agreement and your money will not be refunded.  The City has the right to re-auction the item.
