This is a High Flow hydraulic system, great for many attachments and accessories.
Machine is equipped with Air Conditioning, we have not fully tested in this weather.
This listing does include the 709 Backhoe attachment as shown in photos. It is mechanically connected for transport but hydraulics are not currently connected and the backhoe has not been tested.
Also comes with standard front loader bucket as shown in photos.
Mechanical: Good/Average. Starts, runs, drives. Loader bucket controls lift/lower and tilt all functioning
Tires: Average. Still some usable tread in all four positions.
There is surface rust on various surfaces as shown in the photos.
Bucket condition is as shown in photos.
