Description/condition:  DEWALT Heavy Duty Pavement Breaker, serial #009989.  This is a 120 volt, 15-amp, 80 Pound unit.  It has 61 Ft-lbs of impact energy.  The auction includes the tool, 2-wheel accessory cart, and the five breaking bits shown in the pictures.  Item was plugged in and appears to work.  It appears this tool has had minimal us.
