The materials/books are currently located at 118 Washington Street, Room 101, Toms River, NJ 08753. The purchaser would be required to move the boxes, using a hand truck or cart. Please note all materials/books must be picked up the same day – however it may require multiple trips to and from vehicle depending on the number of boxes.   Pick up date and schedule must be adhered to.                       

Removal Instructions:

The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder.

Being offered for sale "AS IS - WHERE IS". No guarantees or warranties. Assets may contain defects not readily apparent by visual inspection.

The State of New Jersey Surplus Property Unit is part of a state agency that sells used surplus property for other state agencies across the State of New Jersey. We normally get very little to no information on most items we sell and it is the bidders responsibility to inspect and determine the overall condition of the items they wish to purchase. Also, please note that the picture(s) are only part of the description and cannot be relied upon to determine overall condition. Physical inspection of the property is highly encouraged and recommended. There may be missing items/parts that were removed before turning the item into the surplus property unit. There are no refunds!

PLEASE NOTE: All agencies will be complying with all the social distancing measures set in place at the time of inspection or pick-up.
