OLD BLOCK BUILDING

Middlecreek Township Snyder County Pa. has an old block building that needs to be taken down on their Recreation Grounds which is located at 144 Old Kantz St., Selinsgrove Pa 17870 (This is GIS address) Building is located in the village of Kreamer Pa. on the south side of US 522.  This building's total size is 34 x 96 BUT ONLY THE SECTION OF 34 X 66 needs to be taken down.  This building was once a two story chicken house and was later used for storage.  The recreation association built the extented 30 feet onto it for bathrooms and upstairs storage.  This section will remain.  Inside the building, there are some decorative cinder blocks aka landscapting blocks, which go with the building,with facing that are outdated but were never used.  Guessing there are 400 or more on skids.  I am taking numerous picture of these blocks.  The wood on both floors is in pretty fair condition but the best thing to do is come to look at this building and make your own decision. The roof appears to be tin.   I will try to answer any questions you may have.  Little League season will soon be over and the area there will be free to start demo.  You will need a permit to do the demo.
