Payment can be made with cash or certified Bank Check, at time of delivery. Item is being sold "as is" with no warranty or guarantee. All items will be sold on a "as is", "where is" basis. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles, and no refunds of any kind shall be made. Full payment must be received by the Town of Antrim New Hampshire within 10 business days of notice of the award. All items must be removed from the Town of Antrim-Police Department property within 5 business days of Payment. The Town of Antrim New Hampshire and the Antrim Police Department reserve the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems fit in the best interest of the Town of Antrim and the Antrim Police Department.
