Used NJ Law Books - DSS2808

This auction is for used NJ law books. The books are considered to be in good to fair condition. These books are of NJ Reports volumes 1-209, 1-220 and NJ Superior Court Reports 292-439, these books shown in the photos. Other books included are NJ Equity Reports Vol. 1-142, NJ Miscellaneous Reports Vol. 1-24 and these books are in boxes. The books are currently located on the 1st and 3rd floor of the Atlantic County Civil Courts Building. The purchaser would be required to move the boxes, using a hand truck or cart. Please note all the books must be picked up the same day – however it may require multiple trips to and from vehicle to load books due to the number of boxes.   Pick up date and schedule must be adhered to.                       

Removal Instructions:

The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder.

Being offered for sale "AS IS - WHERE IS". No guarantees or warranties. Assets may contain defects not readily apparent by visual inspection.

We normally get very little to no information on most items we sell and it is the bidders responsibility to inspect and determine the overall condition of the items they wish to purchase. Also, please note that the picture(s) are only part of the description and cannot be relied upon to determine overall condition. Physical inspection of the property is highly encouraged and recommended. There may be missing items/parts that were removed before turning the item into the surplus property unit. There are no refunds!
