Lester Pole Building (55ft x24ft) READ FULL DESCRIPTION!

This auction is for a Lester Buildings pole building. The building dimensions are 55ft long x 24.5ft deep (outside) 53ft long x 23ft deep (inside). The building is wood framed with a steel exterior and roof. There are three (3) 12ft x 12ft insulated manual garage doors and one (1) 34-inch man door. The building has a 100amp service. It has six (6) 8ft lights mounted to the rafters, four (4) 120-volt outlets and one (1) 220-outlet. It has two (2) exterior lights over the garage doors and one (1) exterior light over the man door. It has gutters on the front and rear of the building. The building is in very good condition. The only issue is the bottom door seals on the three garage doors. The seals will need to be replaced.

Winning bidder will be responsible for disassembly and removal of the building from the property. Work must be done during the Authority’s normal business hours Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm. Removal must be completed by the winning bidder within 30 days after the auction ends.

The successful bidder shall purchase and maintain general liability insurance and, if appropriate, workers compensation insurance covering the work for the disassembly and removal of the building  and will defend and hold harmless the North Huntingdon Township Municipal Authority from any claims which may arise out of or result from the successful bidder performance and actions undertaken for the disassembly and removal of the building for itself, any subcontractor, or anyone directly or indirectly employed by the successful bidder or subcontractor.  A Certificate of Insurance showing the North Huntingdon Township Municipal Authority as an Additional Insured shall be provided by the successful bidder prior to undertaking any work on the removal of the building.  Any such policies of insurance shall contain a provision or endorsement that the coverage afforded will not be canceled, materially changed, or renewal refused, until at least ten days' prior written notice has been given to the North Huntingdon Township Municipal Authority.
