1989 case loader 621. Ran when parked a year ago. Starter was removed and used on another loader and tires are flat and off there beads. If a new starter is put in and batterys charged loader should run and drive as it should. Hydraulic worked as they should with no major leaks when parked. Machine has a little over 10000 hours on it. LOADER SOLD AS IS.
