Plumstead Township will publicly open and announce the bids on October 7, 2026 at 9:00 AM and award bids at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors scheduled for October 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM at which time the Board may award the sale to the highest responsible bidder or may reject any and all bids if the bids are believed to be less than the fair market value of the property.
