No Saturday or Sunday pickups will be accepted. All payments will be made to the Business Office at 701 Church Street, Moscow, PA, 18444. Payment is due within two (2) business days of winning an auction. No deposits or partial payments accepted. Cash, money order, or cashier's checks are acceptable forms of payment. If payment is not received within (5) business days, items will be relisted for sale on Municibid. If exempt from PA Sales Tax, please present PA Resale or PA Sales Tax exemption certificates on or before the time of payment. All buyers or their approved representative will be responsible for securing items for transportation to their designated location.
