Winning bidder must pay in Cash, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check. No personal checks are accepted, and no business checks are accepted.
Winning bidder will be responsible for all fees and taxes.
Winning bidder must be able to meet in person at the Peters Township Municipal Building and, if a non-dealer, go with the a Township staff member to a local notary/auto tag business to transfer the title.
If transferring the title and plate in-person, the winning bidder should bring insurance information, drivers license, and if transferring a plate, he/she should bring the plate and registration card.
Winning bidder is responsible for all fees at the notary in the transfer of title and reigstration plate
