Payment to the Township of the full amount of the successful bid cashier's check or certified check shall be made within ten (10) days of notice from Upper Chichester Township of awarding of bid. Successful bidder must remove item from Upper Chichester Township Garage within ten (10) days of the awarding of the bid.
