Payment Instructions:
The successful bidder shall make payment to Wilmington Township Mercer County in the form of cash, cashier's check, or money order, made payable to Wilmington Township Mercer County, 35 Auction Road, New Wilmington, PA 16142.
Wilmington Township, Mercer County, as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the mechanicability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Loader is being sold on an "As Is" basis.
Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Wilmington Township Mercer County in the form of cash, cashier's check, or money order made payable to Wilmington Township Mercer County, 35 Auction Road, New Wilmington PA 16142. Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to reject any bids received and award to the vendor of its choice.
Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up loader. Delivery is not available. Township not responsible for loader once it has left township property.
Loader can be picked up at the township building located at 35 Auction Road, New Wilmington PA 16142.
Bid will be awarded at the regularly scheduled meeting scheduled for October 12, 2022, 7:30 p.m.
