Electric Fryer

This bid is for a used Cecilwarer Corp. electric fryer (serial #645206). There is no information on when this unit was last used.  It is being sold “as-is, where-is” with no expressed or implied warranties.  The successful bidder will be required to pay the amount due as a certified check, cashier’s check, or money order payable to "The School District of Jenkintown", before or at the time of pick-up.  By submitting its bid, the successful bidder agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the School District of Jenkintown harmless against any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by the item from the time the bidder takes possession.  Payment and pick up must be made within 7 days of close of auction, shipping is not available.  This unit will be wheeled to our loading dock for the successful bidder to load onto their vehicle.
