The successful bid will be awarded at the regularly scheduled Selectmen’s meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2026; 13 Town Hall Road upon notification of award, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the Town within ten (10) business days. Only a bank check, certified check, cashier's check, or money orders made payable to Town of Acworth will be accepted for payment. Payments shall be mailed to Town of Acworth Attn: Charlotte Comeau, P.O. Box 37, Acworth NH 03601 or delivered to Town Offices, 13 Town Hall Road Acworth NH 03601. Between the hours of 8:30 am and 12:30 pm Monday through Thursday. Town of Acworth reserves the right to reject any and all bids Winning bidder must provide payment within 10 days of auction ending. If payment is not received within 10 days, the 2nd highest bidder will be considered the winner. Cashier's check (bank check) or certified check payable to the Town of Acworth are acceptable forms of payment. Item must be picked up within 10 days of auction ending unless the Town has agreed on a later pick up date. All Town items are sold as is-where is with no warranties either expressed or implied.
