This auction is for Used NJ Courts Law Books. All volumes are in hard cover.
They are not boxed. They are neat, in order, and stored in a bookcase.

Advance notice required for removal.  Removal only during business hours.  Boxes, hand trucks, etc. are the responsibility of the bidder.  Photo ID required for building access.  This location may have paid parking only. Loading dock is available.

Please note all the books must be picked up the same day – Pick up date and schedule must be adhered to. (BOOKS ARE ON SHELVING AND ARE NOT BOXED).                      

Removal Instructions:

The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder.

Being offered for sale "AS IS - WHERE IS". No guarantees or warranties. Assets may contain defects not readily apparent by visual inspection.

We normally get very little to no information on most items we sell and it is the bidders responsibility to inspect and determine the overall condition of the items they wish to purchase. Also, please note that the picture(s) are only part of the description and cannot be relied upon to determine overall condition. Physical inspection of the property is highly encouraged and recommended. There may be missing items/parts that were removed before turning the item into the surplus property unit. There are no refunds!
