2008 Ford F-150 extended cab truck with 147,048 miles

Up for auction is a 2008 Ford F-150 extended cab truck with 147,048 miles on it.  4.6 V-8 engine that is running rough and an automatic transmission, the transmission is going out.  A local transmission shop diagnosed that the transmission is going bad and we have already put one in it before. Power steering leaks and is low so it is hard to steer. Interior is in decent shape and the body has some typical rust for the year but the bed does have hole it (in the pictures).  This was purchased new and used by our water treatment plant, where is sitting and can be seen.  The winning bidder will have to tow this truck. 

The City of Mattoon does NOT offer any warranty and this is an as is all sales final auction.  Cash due upon arrival of picking up item. With appointment the item can be seen before auction end.  Please feel free to ask questions and we will answer as best and quickly as possible. Item must be picked up within a week of auction end and no shipping.
