Winning bid is pending approval and may be awarded at the regular Lyons Borough Council meeting at the Lyons Borough Hall, 316 S. Kemp St., Lyon Station, PA 19536. The Borough of Lyons reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason or no reason including insufficiency of the bid price, and also reserves the right to waive any errors or irregularities in the bid documents at the sole discretion of the Borough. The purchase price must be paid in full within 5 business days of date of award. Pickup must occur within 10 calendar days of acceptance of bid, payment by CERTIFIED CASHIERS CHECK ONLY payable to the Borough of Lyons.
