Western Roller

This 1970s, yellow Western Ride On Roller from the Douglas Motors Corporation, Serial # 03192 is a working machine with all of the parts functioning as expected for a machine of this age. The Town of New Marlborough purchased this used roller almost 10 years ago. Hours of use unknown. This is a static roller, not a vibratory roller. Sold as is. Sold where is. The body has very little rust. A key will be provided. All prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the roller or ask questions before bidding. The auction will be closed at noon on Friday December 16, 2022. Bids will be voted on by the Board of Selectmen Monday evening, December 19, 2022. The Town of New Marlborough reserves the right to accept or deny any and all bids. The roller must be removed by purchaser within 10 business days after bidder has been awarded. Assistance in loading the roller will be provided. The roller will not be shipped. Payment in full is due to The Town of New Marlborough no later than Tuesday, December 27, 2022, five working days after the vote. Payment should be made with a certified check, cashier’s check or money order. No cash or personal checks accepted. Please note, it may take 2-3 days to process payment once it is received.
