Description/condition:   Equipment Manufacture: Unimac – 2 commercial washers (model# UWN065T4VXU4002) & 2 commercial dryers (model# UTF75NRUF6A2W04). See photo.

Item is sold “as is". Please note condition in item description and photos.

Item may be reviewed by appointment only (location: Federal Plaza 219 S. 4 Street, Mpls). 

• Buyer  shall be responsible for safely and professionally removing, loading and hauling away the washer(s) and dryer(s).
• Buyer shall schedule and coordinate removal with the county, with removal to be completed during normal weekday business hours no later than Wednesday November 30, 2022.
• Buyer shall provide a certificate of insurance, naming Hennepin County as additional insured for general liability coverage.  See attached insurance requirements.     

Winning bidder will be contacted by Hennepin County Facility Services staff. A county project manager will be assigned to coordinate to schedule removal. County staff are not available to assist with removal or loading of items.
