All service records are available for on-site review and included with the sale. Black and white is paint, not a wrap. No rust. All decals were professionally removed, and no residue remains. Three key fobs and four keys are included. Small dings on the body above the right rear wheel and on rear hatch. The light bars and control box will be removed if sold to a private party. Other police-specific items may be removed at the seller's discretion.
