Buyer is responsible for remooval of structure no later than 1 month after bid is won. Buyer must supply Upper Allen Township with general liability insurance and workers comp. insurance before removal.
All of the structure and building materials must be removed.
No labor or equiptment will be provided by Upper Allen Township.
Bank or Cashiers Check can be made out to Upper Allen Township.
