All Items are 'AS is', Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant (HMLP) retains the right to reject any and all bids, or accept or reject any part of a bid deemed to be in the best interest of the HMLP. Any successful Bidders must be prepared to remove all items using their own manpower, and moving equipment. This building is being sold "AS IS AND WITH ALL THE FAULTS". THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
