The auction will be closed at 11:00 a.m. on Friday February 3, 2023. Bids will be voted on by the Board of Selectmen on Monday February 6, 2023. The Town of New Marlborough reserves the right to accept or deny any and all bids. The deck gun must be removed by purchaser within 10 business days after bidder has been awarded. The pump will not be shipped. Payment in full is due to The Town of New Marlborough no later than Tuesday, February 14, 2023, five working days after the vote. Payment should be made with a certified check, cashier’s check or money order. No cash or personal checks accepted. Please note, it may take 2-3 days to process payment once it is received.
