All items shall be sold in their current condition “as is,” “where is” and “with all faults or defects (known or unknown, latent, discoverable, or undiscoverable)”. Wyoming County makes no representation or warranty whatsoever whether expressed, implied or statutory with respect to the kind, size, quality, description, merchantability, maintenance, repair, condition, certification, use or fitness for any particular purpose of the items. The purchase price shall be paid by the high bidder immediately after the conclusion of the electronic auction. In the event that shipping costs are incurred, the shipping costs shall be paid by the high bidder. Bidders may inspect the items by appointment prior to submitting a bid.
