This entire unit is being sold "AS IS" condition . You will have from Feb 1, 2023 untill March 1, 2023 to remove this unit (1month). All foundation post are poured in concrete,you may cut off post and leave concrete in place or dig them out. The concrete may remain onsite. Your choice. Equipment is allowed onsite to remove the unit. Entire area will be fenced in and you will have access to the area 7 days a week. Any playground equipment left onsite after March 1 2023 will become property of the Township.This unit is in fair to good condition.
