Red Hill reserves the right to reject any and all bids. If awarded, payment in full of successful bid is due to Red Hill Borough within 5 business days from the award of the bid. Acceptable forms of payment are a Certified Cashier's Check or a Money order. BUYER is responsible for any/all that might apply: transfer fees, license fees, sales tax and/or title fees and any other associated fees. ALL items MUST be removed within 15 days from the date of the bid award. BUYER must assume full responsibility of removal arrangements. Please note that a daily storage fee may be charged for any item not removed within the specified amount of time.
