All property sold shall be paid for by cash, Cashier’s Check, Certified Check or Money Order payable to the Town of Concord. Registered Bidder to hand deliver payment upon pick up of items. Items must be removed within 7 business days. Items not removed within 7 business days will be considered abandoned and then will be offered either to the next highest bidder, relisted or disposed of at our discretion.
