The successful bidder shall make payment in the form of cash or a certified check made payable to Sugar Creek Township. Payment due at time of pickup item must be removed with in 14 days of auction close. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Items are sold on an as is basis. Township not responsible for item once it leaves township property. Items must be picked up during normal business hours 8:00-3:30 M-F
