Inspection and Removal Information:

You must contact the custodian before inspecting or removing the property after the award. You must comply with all building rules and policies during inspection and removal. 

Successful bidders are cautioned that they will be responsible for loading, packing, and removing any and all property awarded to them from where the property is located, as indicated.

Unwanted scrap steel will be permitted to be left on-site for Borough disposal if requested. The existing concrete foundation and building slab must be left in place and remain the property of the Borough. The auction includes the entire building structure, unit heaters, and all interior lighting fixtures and wiring. Contents and equipment within the building will be removed from the structure and remain the property of the Borough. The Borough will remove utilities to the structure before the bid award. The successful bidder will be required to sign an agreement indemnifying the Borough and providing insurance coverage of $ ________. (See attached)

BIDDERS ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ASPECTS OF THE REMOVAL
